Pakistan's transgender community is locked out of the formal economy long before the job interview. Without a CNIC-linked bank account, a working email, a digital skill an employer will pay for, or a safe place to learn any of it, the door never opens. Degardis starts at the beginning: a keyboard, an inbox, an ID, a bank account, a skill. Then a livelihood.
